Hi my name is Germaine, fifteen and residing in singapore. I'm not that girly-girl who you're looking for, i do rant, gossip, talk too much, be over-critical, over-think. Sometimes i do go a little crazy in public places, maybe because i've stayed at home for too long. Walking under the rain has got to be my all-time favorite and i definitely love pink. You could also say I am head over heels in love with Minho, a competitive freak and the main rapper of shinee. I love stitch too, it's squishy and it has big eyes.

Results were released officially on the 10th of Jan and I had tons of mixed feelings as I entered the school grounds. (like who doesn't?) I was worried that I would not score well and disappoint both my parents and myself, (which I don't want to). Within a few minutes, the school hall was jam packed with graduated students and we were all getting seated in line. One of my classmates asked about our class progress and my form teacher told us we did not do too good, neither did we did badly. Tbh, after what she said, I became much more anxious. What if I failed math and other subjects? Would I not be eligible for JC then? My thoughts were interrupted when Ms Sakinah went on stage, with an unreadable expression and her share of 2012's result analysis. Pure geography was a 100% pass and that spelled relief for me, as well as for ms Lim as we were actually her first batch of pure geography students. After what seemed like a good few minutes, the result slip was then given out to students according to register number. My heart was pounding so hard at that moment and all I could watch was the expressions on my friends' faces and congratulate them if they did well. THEN CAME ME. I walked, with heavy footsteps towards the chair and sat down. My form teacher handed my cert to me and I was pretty shocked to see that I have actually passed all my subjects with an ugly C for math. I was asked if I was satisfied with my results and I nodded immediately. I did not put much effort to some of the subjects and the results turned out to be quite unexpected. I had Buddha to thank actually, for giving me such blessings. I was eligible for JC and poly and that set my heart at ease.

And oh, I turned 17! I had a birthday party at my house with various activities such as running man organised. First was the drinking session, followed by the drawing and last but not least, the nerve wrecking bell chase! It was pretty fun to be the chaser since we do not need to complete a mission. Of course, all that running made us hungry and eventually we had a buffet dinner and a birthday cake!
